Responsibilities:
Provide timely, clear, and professional support to inbound customer inquiries via email and CRM systems.
Deliver a seamless customer experience by offering the most suitable services, pricing, and delivery options.
Take ownership of customer satisfaction and influence decisions related to service purchases, renewals, and upgrades.
Resolve customer concerns proactively in a single interaction where possible, ensuring a delightful experience.
Collaborate with internal teams and advocate for customer needs to enhance processes and offerings.
Maintain high service quality standards by meeting or exceeding service level agreements (SLAs).
Manage a range of support queries including editing, translation, and publication services, escalating only when necessary.
What We’re Looking For:
Excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken). Proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
0–1 year of experience in customer service or a related field (freshers are welcome to apply).
A customer-first mindset with strong problem-solving, empathy, and relationship-building skills.
Team player with a collaborative spirit and the ability to work across teams and functions.
Culturally aware with a global outlook, able to work comfortably with international teams.
Work Schedule:
Day shift only: Work a 9-hour shift between 5:00 AM and 8:00 PM IST, five days a week.
Weekends may be part of your regular schedule.
