What You’ll Do
As a Junior Access Management Consultant, you will:
Assist in implementing and optimizing IAM solutions for enterprise clients.
Gain hands-on experience with IAM technologies such as:
Single Sign-On (SSO)
Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
System for Cross-domain Identity Management (SCIM)
Support senior consultants in deploying platforms like Ping Identity, ForgeRock, Okta, and RSA.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot, test, and document IAM solutions.
Help configure and maintain secure, scalable, and user-friendly access management systems.
Contribute to SCIM-based provisioning/de-provisioning processes and identity lifecycle management.
Work with identity protocols such as SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect.
Develop basic scripting skills with tools like Python, PowerShell, or Bash for IAM automation.
Learn and apply access management best practices, toolsets, and methodologies.
Participate in client assessments and contribute ideas to IAM strategy and implementation plans.
Maintain accurate technical documentation and stay updated on IAM industry trends.
What We’re Looking For:
Required:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
Basic knowledge or exposure to IAM platforms like Ping Identity, Okta, RSA, or Azure AD.
Understanding of identity protocols (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect).
Willingness to learn and grow in a technical consulting environment.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
Interest in scripting/automation using Python, PowerShell, or Bash.
Preferred:
Ping Identity Certified Administrator (Level 1)
Okta Certified Administrator
