Job Description:
Cognizant is hiring Software Engineer I in Bangalore for full-time hybrid roles.
The role involves developing and deploying web and Windows applications using Java, Python, SQL, and more.
You’ll work in Agile teams, handle production support, and collaborate with stakeholders.
Ideal for freshers or early-career engineers with strong coding and problem-solving skills.
Your Responsibilities:
- Java Script Java PHP Python Programming
- Experience in developing Windows and Web applicationsdevelopment.
- Experience in coding unit testing and code reviews with Java Java Script frameworks also knowledge on Shell script
- Should have experience in Sql scripting-Stored Procedures Triggers Sql DMLs
- Should have experience in deploying the applications to various environments.
- Exposoure to Cloud platforms and understandng of Azure
- Should have exposure or capable of understanding the design patterns
- Good in understanding the requirements.
- Exposure to health care domain is an added advatnage
- Knowledge on handling production releases.
- Should be capable of mentoring the teams.
- Adhere to Organization policies and procedures.
- Participate in project and organization initiatives led by the Delivery leadership.

- Participate in audits as necessary.
