What You’ll Do as an Amazon SDE 1
Design, develop, and maintain large-scale, distributed systems used for global payments.
Build customer-facing features and backend services that are secure and always available.
Collaborate with experienced Amazon engineers in a fast-paced, agile environment.
Write clean, testable, and efficient code following industry best practices.
Basic Qualifications
1+ years of professional (non-internship) software development experience.
Experience in system design, architecture, or building scalable solutions.
Strong programming skills in at least one language (Java, Python, C++, etc.).
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with full software development lifecycle (SDLC) including testing, CI/CD, code reviews, and operations.
